We love it soft, cold, chocolate, nutty, white, in ice cream...eggless cookie dough is probably one of the best sweet snacks you could make!
Here is a recipe I came up with via my sister, and I think it is great!
You will need:
- 3 cups Flour (at least, depending on amount made)
- White sugar (to taste)
- Stick Butter (half a stick, depending on amount)
- Chocolate chips (optional)
- Water (to thin it, since there is no egg)
- Cream sugar and butter
- Mix in flour a little at a time.
- Mix in water. The consistency should be thick but not clumpy or heavy. It should be sticky.
- Add in chocolate chips to taste.
- Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes to soften/harden/cool the mixture.
Sweet stuff!
